Congratulations to our 2024 Scholarship Recipients

 

Our Scholarship Foundation was established to encourage the educational growth of SCFRC members and their immediate family members and has awarded over $523,000.00 in college scholarships since 2002.  

We are pleased to announce that in June 2024, our Foundation awarded scholarships totaling $30,000.00

Congratuations to our 2024 scholarship recipients, Casey Antrasian, Nicholas Antrasian,  Shelby Balassa, Olivia Garza, Mary Horine, Samuel Horine, Maren Johnston, Rachael Merrill, Alessia Merrill, Elizabeth Miller, Matthew Ramirez, Nicholas Ramirez, Robert Sherrick, Jack Spencer and Ricardo Tiogson.

Scholarship Criteria

We encourage individuals who are furthering their careers to apply for an educational scholarship. The following criteria are required for applicants to participate in the program:

Eligible students shall:

  1. be currently enrolled in college and have completed a minimum of 15 college credits
  2. be of good academic standing with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher
  3. be an active SCFRC member in good standing (for at least 6 months) or an immediate family member

SCFRC Foundation Scholarship Selection Committee members and their immediate family members are not eligible to apply for scholarship funds.

 

Join Us in Driving Consumers to the Frozen Food Aisle!

SCFRC offers discounted participation in our March and June promotions aimed at driving consumers to the frozen aisles. Manufacturers have the opportunity to advertise their brands to millions of consumers throughout Southern California through effective in-store advertising, social media and consumer sweepstakes
