| SCFRC Communications and List Use Policies: I understand that by providing my mailing address, email address and fax number, I consent to receive
communications and/or commercial messages sent by or on behalf of SCFRC (either singly or jointly with members and other partners) via regular mail, email or fax.
I further understand that I will not use or share with any other person or organization any portion of any SCFRC membership list or roster compiled by SCFRC, for any marketing, advertising or other communications purposes without complying with SCFRC's authorization procedure.
In accordance with SCFRC's List Use Policy, I understand that any unauthorized use of any SCFRC list or roster may result in the imposition of fines or other penalties, including termination of membership privileges.
